Runs continuously — refetches the check-in API every minute and advances every patient: Pending arrival → In lobby → In room ("MA Ready"). Starts automatically every day at 6:30 AM and stops at 7:00 PM Texas time; this button is for a manual/extra run.
Check-In API
Patients are fetched live from the front-desk check-in API for the selected date, matched
against the Practice Fusion agenda by name/phone, and checked in ("In lobby") one by one.
